How long before you guys started to SEE results?

I just am curious, and also think it might be helpful to have this thread so that newbies that are feeling discouraged might derive confidence to stay the course and be patient, and trust that the results WILL come :)

I know we are all different, but I have been working out with FB for well over a year now. I was very inconsistent about it though until the last 4 months, and I am just recently seeing my body start to change quite noticeably. I’ve been feeling all of the great benefits mentally and noticing increased stamina for many months now, so it’s really cool to see my body changing now as well! KEEP AT IT, BLENDERS :)
