Missed a day so did TWO just now!

Yesterday was a crazy day. I missed my FB Sweat workout and actually felt sad about it! Today, even though i was up super early to commute to take my mum to a hospital appointment, which lasted 6hrs - but was good news(!) - I came home and did yesterday's upper body workout PLUS today's HIIT and lower body workout. I feel amazing, I feel energised and exhausted at the same time in a fantastic way. I love FB and I'll never stop saying it.

Now for a shower and some salmon with brown rice and vegetables for dinner. Healthy, yummy and filling. Have a great morning/day/evening wherever you are!
