Work lunch and metabolism

Today is day 3 of my first program and trying to find some new food ideas. I have been through the recipes on here and found a few interesting ones but with no way to filter it's hard finding the right thing.

As the community is so helpful I thought I could start here.

I find most of my time is work, traveling home, work out and nothing much else so I am hoping to prepare a batch of healthy weight loss types of food that I can have at work either cold or ones I can nuke. If I can make a week's worth or even a few days at the time it would be ideal. I saw the "fried" pineapple rice one so that's a good start.

The other is Metabolism, part of my weight loss problem is my metabolism is as slow as a snail, does anyone recommend a certain recipe or something I can do to increase it and improve weight loss?
