Day 3 FB 30

I've done this cardio/strength workout a few times and it always packs a punch, I even managed to keep up with Daniel apart from those squat/lunge/pop things he's invented damn those are mean! I've been having problems gripping my weights because it's so warm here they slide out of my hands (not good when working out in bare feet) so I used my cycle gloves for grip and what a difference, not only could I grip them properly they have padding in the palms, so I think my cycle gloves are now my weight gloves.
