Playing catch-up... It caught up with me.

Yesterday I had the audacity to take a lazy day. I did not need it. I was not tired. My muscles were not sore. My body did not need rest.

I told myself I’d workout in the afternoon. Noontimes came and went. I said I’d do it in the evening. Evening turned to night. The consequences of Lazy Day is a two-in-one. NOW, I am tired and muscles are on their way to sore. Today was my first time with the upper body routine —- I substituted a few moves, but I really enjoy superset workouts!

PS: I don’t know about you, but it doesn’t matter if I do a 10m vid or a 60min vid, I can almost always get a terrific burn and sweat with FB.
