good workout for rotator cuff injury?

Dr. Google is suggesting I have a rotator cuff injury/tendonitis. both shoulders. I don't recall a moment that it happened, but probably overdid it at some point and have been waking up with the sorest shoulders for about a week/can't sleep on my sides. Does anyone know a good workout that I can do without moving my arms? Aside from 500 squats. Help please! I can't stop this train I'm scared if I break my daily workout routine I'll undo all of my progress! (seven crying laughing emojis)
