small victories

I don't post on here very often, but I had a GREAT workout today and wanted to share. I used to have a very unhealthy relationship with the gym--I would go and spend hours and hours doing cardio and stayed as far away from the weights as possible. After several years of working out at home, I finally decided it was time to go back to the gym. I found a quiet spot, picked out the weights I needed, and did my FB upper body workout right there in the gym. Kelly was right there coaching me along, and I was amazed that I actually felt confident and STRONG! A few people glanced at me as they walked by (they were probably shocked that one person could produce so much sweat), but I just kept going and got my #workoutcomplete! It was an amazing feeling. A huge thank you to Kelly, Daniel, and the FB family for helping me find my inner strength :)
