All the vegetables!!

Iā€™m making a point to eat better but Iā€™m realizing quickly that other than frozen veggies and salads, I struggle with incorporating more vegetables in my meals. I can throw some spinach in a smoothie or add mushrooms to my pizza or eggs, but beyond that Iā€™m ready for some new ideas. How do you incorporate your daily dose of veggies?? šŸ„—šŸ„™šŸ†šŸ„¦šŸ„•
