Consistency & Desire

I find myself currently going through a rut with nutrition and exercise.

I want this to be not just a fad for me but a real life loving change. But I find myself being “lazy” when it comes to working out or even living life in general. I miss the thrill I use to get when I would workout or just do high impact. I miss my outgoing, fun, active self, I’m not liking the tired, slow , tomyself me. Any tips on how to get my desire back?
