Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today? Ready to start off your week strong?

Today's #WorkoutCompleteForK&D for me is an active recovery workout; but I might add a little something more today, maybe pilates? Or I might do a "power yoga" video. I haven't done one of those in a long time, and I think it would feel great today!

What about you guys? Are you working out today, or is it a rest day for you?

I think for dinner tonight, I'm gonna try a new recipe. This peanut-ginger chickpea curry:

Ok one more question for you today. I'm looking for recommendations on workout wear. I need to get new sports bras (preferably high impact) and new shorts. What brands or kinds do you guys like the best? I've tried several over the years, and haven't found anything I consistently like. So what do you guys recommend?
