Working out with vertigo

Hey everyone - I was diagnosed with acute labyrinthitis at the end of January and I am struggling hard. It appears most symptoms clear up after a few weeks but mine seem to have lingered. It is impacting my mood majorly and there are simply some days when I’d rather not participate in my day. Those days are more frequent and I’m finding it hard to keep pushing. Anyone else working out through a chronic illness? I have been pushing myself to workout 3-4 days a week but it’s been more 1-2 days lately and I can feel myself getting in a funk. Basically, I feel like I took two quick trips on the merry go round. So not shattering vertigo but a woozy off base feeling, depth perception issues, nausea and balance issues. Life is just a total party. 😆 Sadly, there is no dizzy emoji. Apple needs to help a girl out.
