Creating my own program...

So 2 weeks ago I started FBburn, but at week 2 I felt soooo tired and couldn't keep up with the program, so I decided to stop doing it.

Today I decided to create my own 8 week program where I work 3 times a week, doing HIIT workouts.

First 4 weeks I'll do only HIIT with no strenght workouts (+low impact cardio with walking and biking and of course stretching) and on week 5 I'll add strenght to the mix.

I think that by decreasing the number of days I exercise during the week, I can keep up with the workous and reach my goals of being healthier, more active, stronger and it doesn't hurt if I lose a few kilos during the program.

I'll try to keep my eating clean, drink enough water and sleep more.

So tomorrow is the first day. I'll take the before pictures and my measurements and maybe when I'm finished, I'll let you know/see how I've done.
