Starting FB30 and Sugar Detox

I have never been a person who eats processed foods. Heck I am an organic farmer, my whole life is about vegetables. But I just started a new job and have SO much new responsibilities. As a result a few things started to change - I stop working out and I started eating tons of sugar and processed foods (think like little debbies and doughnuts) that is provided via my job (so really unavoidable). I am always so tired (after working 10 hours of farm work) and unmotivated to make dinner (and I seriously love cooking). It didn't use to be like this. Now, I am committed to getting back to my healthier habits again. Starting with FB30 and a sugar/processed food detox. Wish me luck! Any advice or tips?
