Any advice for apple shaped body

Hello fellow fitness blender community! I was wondering if anybody has advice for someone who is apple shaped. I have a relatively small frame but hold all of my weight in my stomach and upper body. I have always been active but started consistently working out with fitness blender about 3 months ago. I have done FB Burn round 2, FB Abs round 2 and am half way done with FB Strong. I have been a pretty healthy vegan for 10 years and this year I have cut out most sweets, refined carbs and rarely drink alcohol. I indulge usually once a week. I cook a lot and rarely eat processed foods.

Looking at my before pictures and ones I took today, I am not seeing much of a change at all. I know these things take time and I have no thoughts of quitting but would love some tips from girls with a similar shape. When did things start to change for you? Was there something in your diet or workout routine that radically made a difference?
