Hey everyone!

Not new to FB but new to the community section, and I was wondering if maybe I could get some tips from you guys.

I find myself lacking self control when it comes to food. most of the time, once I know that there is something in the house (like chocolate. etc), I will not rest until I will eat it. I know i can allow myself a little every once in a while, but I can't seem to really control it. I just keep eating, or stop and then come back for more.

another example is when evening comes, after dinner, and I'm not even that hungry, but I just have this urge to eat more and more, which kind of screws up everything if I was able to eat well that day,

I am trying to lose weight (not a lot, maybe 5 kg), but the nutrition keeps me from that because I really can't control myself.

sorry for the long post, I was thinking maybe someone has struggled with a similar problem and can share how they dealt with it?
