Not working out on holidays for ONE week?

On July 19th I’m leaving for sea vacation and I’ll be coming back on July 28th. And I won’t have a access to any weights (I workout at home with 14 kg lol). I’m kinda worried about not getting any strength training or any kind of more intense workout in that one week. Primarily because it’s the longest I ever went without working out. I don’t know what will be the effects of not getting my usual routine in..

Thoughts? Will it result in any muscle loss? I think it shouldn’t. I can still get in some HIIT no equipment workouts right? Those are intense and they do build lean muscle + can be done anywhere. I’ll try to squeeze at least 2 leg HIIT sessions...

And food? I ain’t gonna worry about that one for sure lol it’s time for lots of🍪🍫🍦🎂🍩🥘🍕🍗!!
