Update: My staying in Canada with Family!

Blenders!!!!! Family!!! Hello!

So as some of you know, I am in Canada with my mother, step dad, and siblings! I came for a month and I have been here for a couple of days now.

I was worried about the eating part of it, that I might gain a little bit of weight back because of it. I am still doing exercises each day, but I am eating quite different.

First of all, in Colombia, we eat breakfast, a big lunch and a small dinner, here is more like: breakfast, a kind of meal, and a dinner. I am not used to that but it's fine. The other thing is that I have been eating more sweets, and bread, and junk food than I am used to.

Though, I am trying to relax and don't stress about it right now. I am doing exercises everyday, and staying active playing just dance and going for hikes with my siblings, and that is a good thing too.

Tell me what else can I do to stop worring about my food for ar least this month!
