Am I buff, yet? Flex Day 1

I’ve been building my own workout schedule and loving it! After proving (to myself) some consistency over the last two weeks, I’m diving into FB Flex, for the second time —- with intent to FINISH and be TRANSFORMED this time.

I’ve also been mindful of being more active, outside of working out. Taking the stairs, walking the dog, standing up and walking around more often after sitting awhile. I’m reading The Body Book by Cameron Diaz, and even though it’s geared toward a female audience, I find the information universally beneficial. Wellness and fit-ness are more than the 35-45 min I spend on the mat! 🌷

PS: I no longer feel an intense need to be crippingly sore after every workout. 😂 Today, I’m sore from yesterday’s leg and glute blaster but I don’t feel it with every step. Certain movements or activities will remind me - “Hey! You put in WORK yesterday!” This is growth for me bc I used to think I needed to be bedridden in order to validate my workout (this is an exaggeration).

I’m feeling strong today! And stable. And disciplined. 🙂
