Weak pelvic floor muscles after giving birth and workouts?

Hello, I was wondering if anybody here had same problem as me, I gave birth to my babygirl 14weeks ago and jumped into my normal workouts as hiit and weightlifting after 6weeks postpartum, unfortunately that might help to get my almost prepregnancy body back but didn't made any good to my pelvic floor muscles so after seeing doctor i'm not able to do my normal workouts and need to concentrate on kegel, I don't really want to stop my workouts completely and was wondering if anybody somehow modified fitness blender workouts and has any idea how to deal with it.
