I've been thinking about a new idea for these forums and our community, and would like to know what you all think.
The idea is to create our own mini challenges, lasting maybe 3-7 days, to target all areas of healthy living. For example, for nutrition we could have a five-vegetables-a-day challenge, or a no-soda challenge. We could have a five-minute abs challenge, or a bed-time stretch challenge. We could try spending five minutes every day doing something for our self-esteem, or look up and share some sort of fitness information.
