FB Bodyweight Complete!

Program complete!

I've just finished my first program: FB Bodyweight. Enjoyed it so much! On to Round 2 next.

PFT results:

1.6km run: 9.09 -> 8.43

Full push ups: 6 -> 10

Squats: 125 (0kg) -> 100 (I got bored)

Static plank: 1.08 -> 1.26

Sit and reach: -14.5cm -> +2cm

As you may be able to guess from my initial results, my main goals were improving upper body strength and flexibility. I've definitely achieved them! The flexibility was just restoring a bit of what I've recently lost (hopefully more improvement to come), but I'm pretty stoked about the push ups. I don't think I've done 10 full push ups (in a row) before in my life!

Now I just need to master Daniel's crazy hover push ups on my toes...
