I'm sad... as I was biking home from work yesterday, the pedal on my bike came off..... easy fix? not so much... looks like I need a whole new crank arm as I have destroyed the threads on the crank arm where I screw the pedal in. Doubtful that I can get just one crank arm or rethread... I will have to buy a whole new crank shaft.. and new pedals. Thankfully I was not far from home when I snapped off the pedal. To the bike shop she goes on Saturday. Because of the hours of the bike shop and the hours I work, looks like I wont be able to pick up my bike for about a week. I thought I built up a rapport with this bike and bonded with her (every bike has its own personality, I swear!) and she goes and breaks on me. le sigh

Ive been in interviews all week trying to find a new job and I missed my core workout for last night (gonna do it on saturday... guess I'll have to add some cardio lol).

It's been a week. I am hoping to accomplish Strong Day 11 late this evening.
