Yes, I did it!
My #WorkoutCompleteForK&D was one of my favorite workouts from FB Abs, and I could do it better than I expected, considering my long break. I didn't take any PFT, just measured my waist. But after this workout I decided that counting how many Plank Jack Burpees I can do in 20 seconds can be a good indicator of my fitness level! Today I did almost 5, in acceptable form, and I have to thank Daniel and Kelli for that!
