Back in the game!

Hey all!

So today is a new day! For anyone who celebrates 4th of July, how was your day yesterday? Our celebration was great - a delicious barbecue with some binging of some incredible homemade bread! I'm allowing myself to splurge on bread the day it's made cause, hey, it's FRESH BREAD! :)

So a week hasn't passed since my proposed break, it's been about half a week. However, I think I'm ready to get back into it (maybe because I've been eating so much hehe - totally wrong reason to start working out, but I

ve also been feeling better!

At least I believe more strongly now that my problem is just anxiety and it is no reason to stop me from working out. I am starting to crave a workout complete sooo today I am canceling my FBFIt and starting FBMass! Anyone else doing this program?

The rest of my day consists of hanging out with a good friend :)
