It's not how long but how STRONG!

I am so in love with this workout! It's my 2nd go'round this week and this time I lifted a little bit heavier (3-6-9-12 lbs). At one point I kept telling myself " ok, do just one more rep!" But when that didnt work i remembered: "It's not how long but how STRONG!" That kept me going through all the reps. I also had to adjust my weights a few extra times, but all in all, this w/o pushed me harder than the last time.

Now. Tomorrow is the lower body Tabata w/o.....I'll keep you posted!

Hey Daniel and Kelli, ever consider a two week Tabata program with videos like this one? Or a 5 day Tabata Challenge? Just a thought.....😉
