FB Low Impact?

Hello , everyone. It's me again. I'm more and more tired, and when I workout I seem to barely have energy for it, and end up modifying, taking breaks, and using really small weights.

So, I guess, my question is should I continue with the program (FB Blend) and just modify when need be? Or should I take a break from intense stuff and purchase the Low Impact program? I feel like I have no energy left in me.
