Workout related successes that have nothing to do with the scale

Good morning :) (at least here in Germany it's morning ;) )

As I did my PFT for a new program yesterday, I thought about how I'd love to hear some "improvement stories" from you guys that have nothing to do with weight. As I was quite occupied with my weight for some time in my life, I don't want to focus on the scale anymore, but other gains.

I could do 5 push-ups on my knees yesterday - in May I could hardly do one! That makes me very happy. My goal is to be able to do one regular push up by the end of the year.
