Less cravings/less hungry after giving up coffee...??

I decided recently to give up coffee to help reduce my anxiety, and it was something that I have done in the past to help with stomach acid issues as well.

I'm finding that since giving it up, I'm less hungry and I don't feel the need to over eat! Idk if its related to the anxiety, the stomach acid, or something with coffee in general, but I'm liking the side effects so far :) (And so is the scale)
