Yay Grandma!

Along with the Flex program I'm doing now, I had planned to do regular stairs/HIIT workouts outdoors to keep my lower body in shape. But what with the heat wave, that isn't happening. So I combined these videos today and had a thorough sweat fest.

I'll be back with week 3 of Flex next week, then repeat what I'm doing this week with the Tabata w/o for upper and lower body, squat and lunge challenges, etc., the week after that. Then I'll complete week 4 of Flex.
