Hi, everyone! Brand new member here. I'm liking what I see so far! This site is awesome! I'm wondering if any of you have experience with the keto/high fat-low carb approach. Just a little background... I'm 5'6" and 175 and have always been athletic. However, age (56) and a desk job has added about 25 pounds in the last three years. No matter what I do I can't seem to lose it. The keto approach makes sense on paper, and I've been doing it for the past 3-4 weeks with hardly any results (actually none). I'm very discouraged. I eat zero junk food. I used to do workouts and walking but as the weight climbed the ambition went south. I've ordered the 4- week low impact workout program here and have made a resolution to do it so that should help but just wondered if anyone can add some insight. Thanks!
