How do you not get discouraged

My husband and I have set goals to lose weight which is great but my frustration comes in when he is losing so much more weight then I do. I know - men and women are different and men lose weight faster but that doesn't help when we are doing it together. I do my FB workouts every week. I prepare the food and measure my food and am not losing the weight I would like to. My husband shows up and eats the food I make with no regard to serving sizes and also has dessert and is losing so much more weight then me. It is frustrating. I am just looking for someone who is in my similar position that may have some helpful suggestions to not get discouraged.
