My underdeveloped lats & back rolls (that pop out under bra band 😒) are such a grievance to me (as they take forever to manifest change, longer than other body parts). So, I’ve taken up doing an isolated routine every week. This is the first week and I’m hoping some day in the future my consistency pays off and rewards me with a toned, roll-free back. 😄🎶
Still, I am feeling INCREDIBLE after today’s session and it’s the endorphins that keep me coming back! 🌷🌺
