Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!

How are you all doing today?

I'm definitely feeling yesterday's workouts! Like whoa. Right across my back where you get that "kickboxing soreness." I can tell it's been awhile since I did any kickboxing lol.

So today, I have Day 12 of Strong. I'll be getting my #WorkoutCompleteForK&D with this brutal lower body workout:

This is such a good one! Another one that I haven't done in awhile, but it is an awesome workout!

I'm only in the second week of Strong, but so far I've thoroughly enjoyed it. I really look forward to my workouts each day. That's something that I kinda of lost for awhile. Working out became more of another chore that I had to do; but with Strong, I've been excited about the workouts each day. So I'm gonna add my lower body workout and my new-found enjoyment in working out to my #WorkoutCompleteForK&D today!

So Blenders, what do you all have planned today? Are you working out or are you resting?

Oh! And I wanted to tell you about that new recipe I made yesterday. I was little unsure that it would turn out well (if I'm being totally honest); but I was glad I tried it anyway! I turned out quite good. Here's a recipe: it's Catfish cooked in coconut milk:

I used light coconut milk too. It was great over rice and with mixed vegetables.
