Building muscle

Hi all. I purchased 2 programs a while ago, one for the booty and one upper body. I've just done day one of the booty workout and there is way too much cardio! I'm 5ft 6in and weigh 123lb, I look like a boy apart from I have boobs (thank goodness!) and I don't want to lose weight. I have a very physical job so have to eat over 2500 calories a day to maintain my weight. I suppose I'm what you'd call 'skinny fat' and at 47 that is not a good look! I'm wondering if I should purchase the mass buidling one instead? I can't remember what it's called. I've had enough of looking like a skeleton covered in melted wax
