Starting off slowwwwwww.....calm and collected

Hey blenders!

So, this week started off pretty slow paced. Saturday I went for a power walk/light jog with my parents and started Yoga with Adrienne's 30 day yoga! Yesterday was a bit of a rough day. Although I had fun making (and of course eating) pizza, I just felt drained and tired. Today I started off with a light treadmill walk and day two of yoga and felt pretty good! I know that mental power is a girl's (and man's!) best friend, and since I have a habit of falling into bouts of anxiety and sadness, I am trying to push away those feelings and feel good and positive!

So far so good :)

It doesn't help when you go online to look at conditions you might currently suffer from (anyone else have that problem?).
