Thanks for the recommendation, Blenders!

I decided to swap it for today's scheduled Flex workout.

I've been working out on average 30-40 minutes only per day for quite awhile, so this longer workout would be a challenge. Or so I thought. I enjoyed it so much time just flew! I used weights ranging from 2-9 lbs only (good thing too...it was quite enough!) My arms would start to struggle at rep 6.

And having read all the posts about this workout, saying that the warm-up was more lower body focused, I swapped it for this one: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/jumpstart-cardio-workout-5-minute-energy-boosting-workout.

Well now. Which video do you think I'll be doing later this week? The lower body version of course! I know it's not part of the Flex program but I'm just too curious...I have to try it out!
