First day back after stretch and recovery days. My sugar intake has skyrocketed in the last few days as I'm still working on battling bad habits. In the name of commitment to myself and my body I have thrown out the temptations I brought into the house, but it DID make me want to forego this workout as I felt like I'd ruined the day and my progress irreparably. Nevertheless, I pushed through the apathy and disappointment and I'm so glad I did. Getting to check today off was a big motivator and I knew I couldn't derail this 4-week journey/lifestyle journey for a few bad days. VICTORY!
