Anyone else feel really good, then really tired?

Does anybody else have a really good workout, that just leaves you feeling amazing for the rest of the day, but then the day after feel not lethargic, but really sleepy?

This is the second time this week this has happened to me, the first time was the day after a run, and today it was the day after a long hike. I know I'm eating well, and it certainly feels like enough (i'm never hungry), but I am extremely sleepy after being off work for a couple of hours. I never get less than about 6 hours of sleep, and 8 on a good day, but it still feels like I'm doing something wrong.

I should feel energized after workouts (runs, walks, hikes, fb), but instead the next day leaves me feeling like I'm ready to go to bed by 3pm. Anybody else experiencing something similar?
