Workout Complete!

After finishing FBStrong on Wednesday, then taking a rest day on Thursday and Friday due to my entire lower body feeling sore and long days at work + plans with family and friends, I completed an upper body workout yesterday because i was STILL sore. Daniel really killed me on the last day of Strong!!!! But today, I was finally ready to work the lower body again! The squat to lunge combo in this workout always gets me though! For the first time today, I was able to do both sets of 10 of the squat to lunge combo without putting my weights down (using 9lbs per hand) or taking a rest at the top of the movement! Its the little things like this that make me realize how far I have come :)
