HELP!

Hi there! I've been working out for about three years and for the most part I have always been pretty consistent. I'm at a point in life where the only way I'm going to be able to fit my workouts into my day is if I wake up earlier, around 6 a.m. For some reason, I am AWFUL at getting out of bed. I used to wake up around 5 a.m. and workout while I was in High School but now that I have a job where I'm on my feet a lot, I'm just more tired all the time. I am in the habit of hearing my alarm go off, turning it off and then saying I'll get up soon but falling right back asleep until right before work. I want to get in the routine of waking up at 6 basically every day, even days I don't have work. I love routine and my life has no routine right now and it's actually depressing.

Any advice, ideas or comments are appreciated. Thank you!
