I thought I'd write down a "fun fact" for those of you who have never heard of it...
In Australia (at least where I grew up! ;)) we never used the term jumping jacks. Instead, we called them star jumps. (So what do you call star jumps, you ask? Well, the fact is, before I came to Fitness Blender, I never even knew those kinds of star jumps were a thing. :D)
Have you ever heard of this before? Are there exercises that you have a different name for in your country? :)
