i know you will be getting TONS of advice to help heal you, so you can disregard this if you want.

In 2013, due to an unbelievable amount of stress, my body succumbed to the pressure and I was diagnosed with MS. It is a VERY dark and scary time in my life, probably similar to what you are experiencing now.

It will get better and you will see what a strong survivor you are. Now is the time to make self-care a priority.

You have probably heard of Terry Wahls and the Wahls protocol. It has been life changing for me, and has allowed me to recover enough to do your damn videos five days a week for 3.5 years!! It is in line with your beliefs with just a few modifications. You can just listen to her Ted Talk and then research further if you want. That is all I am going to say here. Just wanted to whisper it in your ear.
