Overeating on sweet stuff

I just can’t control myself when it comes to anything chocolate, sweet, cookies and similar. And then I eat bunch of it and regret, feel sorry for myself and hate myself.. And the worst thing is I know I won’t be able to see results until I find at least a little bit of self control. And I’ve been working out for more than half a year now, and I’ve gained muscle where i wanted (mostly glutes) and I’m scared my fucked up relationship with food will lead to fat gain (even tho I’m pretty skinny, 50 kg, 165 cm, 19 years old).

I really don’t know how to approach this problem bc even when i eat healthy, fibers and that stuff that should make me feel full, I still over do it on sweet..
