Student diet

I'm studying and working out 3 times a week 30-40 a day and am not feeling energised and focused during the last period. I don't know why but my attention is very low even if I haven't changed my nutrition type.I am thinking about my diet being the cause. So...How do you eat and workout during the exams session? Is there something (supplement, activity, food...) that has helped you when you didn't feel it?
