Endurance test

Wow first time doing this workout and it really challenged my endurance, this is not for the faint hearted. I had to drop my weights during the squat/lunge combo (glad to see Kelli do the same in r2), then for the squat/inside thigh combo I had to drop my weights because literally couldn't grip them my hands were so sweaty (lovely thought I know sorry 🙈). Anyway if you're up for a challenge I recommend this.
