Flexibility challenge day 2!

Hey, y’all!

I just finished day 2 of the flexibility challenge, and it was great! Once again, I’ve done these routines several times, but today it felt a little harder than it usually would. This would normally feel like a fluid, light toning stretching routine, (like it is) but it felt more like a serious workout for me today! I was legit sweating during the core and leg section! 😂 I still enjoyed it though, and it feels good doing some light exercise, and getting some workout complete checkmarks on my calendar!
