I just completed yesterday's scheduled workout (had too much to do yesterday).

I've done this video before and really like it. But today it was like a was a beginner and had to adjust my weights many times. It was frustrating to say the least. I was hoping to kick it up a notch and lift a little heavier, just for the challenge. Instead I was challenged in a way I didn't see coming. Anyway, all this to say I still got my #workoutcomplete. There will be other more welcome challenges in the future for sure! :)
