Glad to share my issue with you on my absolutely favorite Health & Fitness website ever.
First of all, I'm from Egypt. I got to know FB last year and I started working out with them as a beginner. in 2017 I started doing HIIT with them and eating clean and I got very good results ^_^
That's why I'm in love with Kelli and Daniel.
But nowadays it's getting severely cold here and my hunger intervals started to increase. especially for "BALADI' bread. There are 150 calories in a 1\2 bread serving of 1\2 baladi bread. Calorie breakdown: 20% fat, 60% carbs, 20% protein.
And sometimes I eat very bad and then feel guilty.
Also, nowadays I don't feel like working out a lot. because I'm a bit busy.
So any help?
