I'm back on track and loving it again. I would like to drop a couple of kilos quickly so have reduced calories to 1300 a day.
Just a quick question. If my allowance is 1300 a day and i burn 400 on a workout, do i then have 1700 to consume or do i stick to 1300?
So confused!!
