I love the 3 day flexibility challenge! Day 1

Hello blenders! How’s your day going?

Today I did this routine, and it felt soooo good! (Thank you Kelli!) I’ve done these videos several times, but something about it today just felt extra good. I felt so refreshed, and relaxed afterwards. I agree with Gabby A’s post from the other day. I’d love some more stretching routines! Maybe with some new kinds of stretches, too?

I had to laugh to myself at how much strength I’ve actually lost, because my arms felt heavy, and my shoulders were slightly burning by the time I got to the chest stretches. The one where you keep you hips forward, and open up one arm behind you at a time. 😂 Oh, well. It’ll come back eventually!
